The Heart Behind Wholehearted Wellness
There was a season when I felt lost. After my divorce, I wasn't just grieving a relationship. I was grieving the woman I thought I
was. For years, I tried to be who everyone else needed me to be. I poured into others while quietly emptying myself. Somewhere
along the way, I forgot wht it felt like to truly breathe. There were moments when I felt deeply alone. Moments when I wondered of
God had forgotten me. Moments when I felt like I was drowning, doing everything I could just to survive. But even when I couldn't
feel His presence, God never stopped holding me. He gently began leading me back. Not to the woman the world expected me to
become, but to the woman He had created me to be.
That journey didn't change overnight. It happened through quiet morningd, honest prayers, Scripture, tears, and learning that
healing isn't about becoming someone else. It's about coming back to yourself in Christ. Wholehearted Wellness was born from
that journey. It is a place for the woman who is tired of performing. The woman who has spent years surviving. The woman who
longs to breathe again. My prayer is that every devotional, every reflection, and every resource reminds her that she is seen,
deeply loved, and still being shaped by God.
Together, we are choosing.....
Peace. Identity. Wholeness.
